At Gingerly Yours, every order is prepared with care to ensure your ginger shots reach you fresh and in good condition.
As our products are fresh, perishable, and consumable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.
This includes change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders placed by customers, or products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.
Damaged, Leaking, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the affected item
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Freshness & Storage
Our ginger shots must be kept refrigerated after delivery.
Gingerly Yours will not be responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed collection, or leaving the products at room temperature for too long.
Failed Delivery or Missed Collection
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the agreed delivery timing.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, no response, missed collection, or unavailable recipient, refunds will not be provided.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has started.
Once your order has been prepared, packed, or sent out for delivery, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
