Can I choose between pouches and glass bottles?
Yes. We offer both pouch and glass bottle subscription plans. Our glass bottle subscriptions operate on a weekly bottle-exchange system, while pouch subscriptions do not require any returns.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription payment covers 4 weeks and is non-refundable once confirmed. However, you may update your delivery location if needed. If you would like to pause your subscription, simply message us and we will assist you. Please note that subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active 4-week period.
Is there a deposit for the glass bottles?
Yes. A one-time $10 refundable bottle deposit is collected when you first start a glass bottle subscription. The deposit is held for the duration of your subscription and will be fully refunded when you decide to stop your subscription and all outstanding glass bottles have been returned.
How does the glass bottle exchange work?
After enjoying your Gingerly Yours, simply rinse the empty glass bottle and leave it in an accessible location outside your door before your next Tuesday delivery. Our rider will collect the empty bottle when delivering your fresh bottle.
What happens if I forget to return my glass bottle?
If you forget to leave your empty bottle out for collection, simply return it with your other empty bottles at your next weekly delivery. Your $10 deposit will remain unaffected as long as all outstanding bottles are returned when you end your subscription.
Do I need to return the spout?
No. The reusable spout is a one-time purchase and is yours to keep. Please remove and keep your spout before leaving your empty glass bottle out for collection.
