At Gingerly Yours, all orders are prepared fresh and delivered weekly to ensure you receive your wellness shots in the best possible condition.
Delivery Day
All deliveries are made every Tuesday between 5PM and 9PM.
Order Cut-Off Time
To receive your order on the upcoming Tuesday, please place your order before:
Monday, 6:00 PM
Orders placed before Monday, 6:00 PM will be prepared and delivered the next day, Tuesday.
Orders placed after Monday, 6:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the following Tuesday.
Delivery Fee
A flat delivery fee of $6 applies to regular orders.
For subscription orders, delivery is included as part of the subscription unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timings may vary depending on the delivery route for the day. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order, or provide clear delivery instructions during checkout.
As Gingerly Yours products are freshly prepared and need to be kept refrigerated, we recommend placing your order at a delivery address where the items can be collected promptly.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or inaccessible location, we may need to arrange a redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Please check that your delivery address and contact number are correct before submitting your order.
Product Storage After Delivery
Once received, please refrigerate your Gingerly Yours products immediately.
Our products are made fresh and should be consumed within 14 days from the manufacturing date stated on the packaging.
